2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:
- Premium consultation services: Within 14 days of purchase
- Digital guides and e-books: Within 7 days of purchase
- Subscription services: Pro-rated refund available within first 30 days
- Product must not have been fully consumed or completed
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:

- Services fully rendered or completed consultations
- Digital products that have been downloaded and fully accessed
- Promotional or discounted items marked as "final sale"

5. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:

- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if:

- The request is made outside the standard refund window but within reason

- A pro-rated refund is more appropriate for subscription services

For monthly or annual subscription services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial months unless requested within first 30 days
